BABIES BLESSED--This is the climax of an annual ceremony during the novena to St. Anne. Children, ranging from infants to 12-year-olds, lined the altar rail in Church of St. Anne of the Sunset late yesterday with their parents for the veneration of the beloved relic. Father Gordon J. Lester presided.
