Exterior view of the Lincoln Heights Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library (also known as Northeast Branch). View shows the right side of the building. Note the designs above the window. The Renaissance style building was constructed with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie and was designed by Hibbard & Cody.
