Description
Peter F. Drucker discusses “The Care and Feeding of the Small and Growing Business” for the George Washington University lecture series. Drucker discusses how new inventions must expand to fit different markets. He advises how to build a strong team that works together. He ends the lecture by discussing how companies must always grow beyond their market. The video ends with the lecture in progress.
