Description
Photo donor's father, Bill Phillips, the owner of Phillips Music Company opened in 1935 till 1991. He left Rochester, New York in 1925 to join the Navy. After completing his service in the navy, Bill moved to Southern California to join his cousins living in Boyle Heights. Circa 1940. This image was provided by Bruce Phillips for inclusion in the Foto East LA collection. California Preservation Service (CAPS)
