Description
A group of women stands in front of three food stands to sell to the train passengers in a small town train stop. The 80's were considered the "lost decade" because of Mexico's debt crisis. This was due to the falling oil prices that left Mexico without foreign currency to pay off its $80 billion debt. This in effect, increased high levels of unemployement, especially in rural areas.
