Description: Northern view of the reservoir from the southeast, taken from Duane just above Silver Lake Blvd. Various houses are visible throughout the image. The Department of Water and Power established reservoirs in the early 1900s as part of the city-wide system of water storage & delivery that today consists of only 10 remaining reservoirs.
