Description
("We could not make again wooden barrels because of the lack of boards and saws. Hence we pounded cement pipes. One pipe a day because we have only one mold.") To the left missionary Dietrich Waßmann Sr. and three Ethiopian workers stand at a cement pipe mold. Next to them in the grass six rectangular cement pipes are visible. To the right the thatched mission house can be seen.
