Sketch of Golden Gate bridge on heavy-textured paper. Proposal for finished oil which hung in the Union Oil Company board room in San Francisco, thought to be by Cloyd Sweigert. Cloyd Sweigert was a political cartoonist, lived in San Jose, and published in the San Francisco Chronicle.
