Description: This three story slum dwelling has 12 apartments. Three room apartments rent for $18-$22 per month including utilities and four room apartments rent for $26 per month. Rents were raised from $18 to $22 as Rent Control ended. Rooms average about 8'x6' each, baths and toilets are outside. About 6 children reside in this building.
