The shoreline runs from the foreground at right toward the background at left, and small waves can be seen breaking on the sand. Dozens of people in bathing suits and swim caps can be seen swimming in the foreground, while even more people are visible under umbrellas on the beach. Large beach club buildings are visible along the edge of the wide, sandy beach.
