Description
Arrow points to the smoking ruins of the one-story brick building of the O'Connor Electro-Plating Copr. at 922 East Pico Boulevard, following a violent explosion which blew the structure to bits. At least 30 persons were killed and 300 others were injured. Photo dated: February 20, 1947.
