Description
Under guard of police, 496 street cars were checked out of their yards for service. Officials of the Los Angeles Railway Corp. declared this was ten more cars than usually sent out. Photo shows Jack Burton checking out an early morning car from the Pico barns under guard of Officer H. K. Beeker.
