Fairbanks, who served as Vice-President under Theodore Roosevelt; a Republican Party leader from Indiana; and the namesake of Fairbanks, Alaska. View shows the main entrance to the house. The house has designs over an arched entranceway, awnings over two of the glass doors at the front of the house, a balcony on the second level, and is covered with roofing tile. Architect: Wallace Neff. It was built in 1926 in San Marino.
