Photograph caption dated December 7, 1960 reads "Atty. Franklin E. Dana, right, 10409 Valley Spring Lane, North Hollywood, talks over the coming year's Kiwanis work with Governor-elect C. A. 'Bud' Monroe of Palmdale at the dinner meeting which saw Dana installed as lieutenant governor of Division 16 of the California-Nevada-Hawaii Kiwanian district. Dana, a vice president of the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Toluca Lake Kiwanis Club."
