Exterior view of "Sutter Gateway" a name suggested by Mrs. Rosalie Burt (left) for the West End urban renewal project. On the right, Mrs. Kathryn McMillen, Chairman for the Speical Committee which voted for the suggestion. The name was also accepted by the Sacramento Redevelopment Agency. View is looking toward 6th and J Streets.
