Description: Architects' letter regarding houses for lots 21 and 55, Glen Oaks tract, Glendale. The architect is Robert Finkelhor. His letter to Glen Oaks Corp. on September 10, 1927, assures the reader that the houses may be erected at a price of %5700 for lot 21 and $6000 for lot 55.
