Description: A panoramic view of Devil's Gate Dam facing north towards the San Gabriel Mountains. La Canada is north and west of the reservoir that has built up behind the dam, and Altadena and Pasadena are east of the reservoir.
Photograph must be post 1920, the year the dam was built. (Los Angeles : a guide to the city and its environs, by the WPA Writers' Program of the Work Projects Administration in Southern California, 1941, p. 263.)
