Description
An aluminum ring assembly, which was placed in one of the exploratory tunnels in the American River Canyon near Auburn, is examined by a U.S. Bureau of Reclamation employee. The ring assembly is used to test underground matierals in preparation for builidng the proposed Auburn Dam. Credit the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation
