Photograph caption dated February 6, 1956 reads, "Interpret aerial photograph - Simple operation pictured above is most important phase of aerial reconnaissance. Expert hands lift coupled pair of aerial photographs to crate right focus. By looking through lenses of stereoscope, 3-D illusion is created, flat stands up and countryside comes to life.
