Oral interview with Jim Bud Cashbaugh, born 1921, Owens Valley. Stories related to early ranching history in Owens Valley in Inyo County and Long Valley in Mono County, the Cashbaugh Ranch, changes in the agriculture and livestock industry, and the the Watterson Brothers scandal and collapse of the Inyo County Bank, in relation to the Owens Valley and City of Los Angeles Depratment of Water and Power water controversy.
