Description
A arch structure of wood with signs painted on it - "History of Grapes", "Tokay Theater", "Hornbeaks", "Hotel Lodi", "Mystic Theater", and others not quire readable. The arch is surmounted with flags and the American flag in the center. It looks to have been erected across a city street. Several people are strolling on the street in front of the arch. Written onto the print in lower right corner "Mills Photo" and "Tokay Carnival Lodi, Cal". Temporary arch built on Pine St.
