Description: Carolina Biquard writes to Peter Drucker to thank him for both his insightful analysis of Argentina's situation, as well as his offer to help with her grant proposal to Coca Cola. During a discussion of lessons she has learned from the Drucker Foundation she quotes Frances Hesselbein's advice that, "You do not push from the rear, you lead from the front."
