Johnny Lake -- 2 1/2 years (victim). (Sleeve reads: A-9908).
Caption slip reads: "Photographer: Gaze. Date: 1954-03-29. Reporter: Gaze. Assignment: Boy drowns in pool. 81-82-11-12-18: Asst. Fire Capt. Clyde Zumwalt of West LA Rescue Squad holds resucitator [sic] on Johnny Lake, 2 1/2, drowned when he fell in swimming pool at home of Mrs. Frances Ferrer, ex-wife Mel."
