Description
Los Angeles based Weber Showcase & Fixture Co., Inc. manufactured the shelving and installed it at the fourth San Pedro Branch Library built in 1949. According to a May 1, 1949 article in the Los Angeles Times, the building's interior was painted a "soft green" with "blond oak furniture and shelves". The furniture was placed on "rubber interlocking block flooring", visible throughout the image.
