Photograph caption dated June 6, 1961 reads, "New officers for North Hollywood Community Coordinating Council were installed Thursday at the group's 11th annual award dinner at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, 11031 Camarillo St., North Hollywood. They are, front row, left to right, Mrs. Gilman W. Rankin, recording secretary; Mrs. Maurice Millard, president, and Mrs. Nat Weisbaum, first vice president. In the back row are Kenneth Munson, corresponding secretary; John H. Weber, second vice president, and David H. Jones, treasurer. Mrs. Elliott Markoff received the group's award for 'outstanding citizen of the year.'"
