Description
Photograph of a view of Hollywood, looking south from Hollywood Hills, 1928. Two tall palm trees wave in the breeze in the foreground, a child sitting on the grassy hill to the left, overlooking Hollywood's business district. Framed between the two trees, the peak of Grauman's Chinese Theatre is just barely visible from behind a highrise building. What appear to be the towers of hotels stand to the extreme left and right, outside of the trees' frame. Compares to CHS-5903 (1905) and CHS-6950 (1912).
