Description: 100-inch telescope observatory dome, under construction, Mount Wilson Observatory. A portion of a crane is seen extended through the incomplete roof. The steel framing is in place; steel sheathing is also nearly complete. Scaffolding surrounds the concrete foundation of the building. Trees and shrubs are in the surrounding area.
