Photograph of "Iao Needle" in the Iao Valley, on the island of Maui in Hawaii, [s.d.]. The tall pinnacle of a mountain stands beside other mountains in the background, while what appears to be a small brook runs through the arborous area in the foreground.
Photoprint reads: "Ioa [sic] Valley, on the Island of Maui, is called the Yosemite of Hawaii. The pinnacle shown here is known as "The Needle&quot [sic]
. It is near the head of the gorge and is one of hte striking features of one of the best known beauty spots of Maui".
