Description
Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. B. Inoue of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. saying that Mr. Protzman tells him there may be a CCS (Civil Communications Section) seminar in Japan next year. He adds that Sarasohn tells him that IBM/JAPAN will be organizing a similar seminar this year. Hopper includes a question asking Inoue to compare the importance of CCS seminars to productivity tours of the United States to Japanese industry.
