He describes what it’s like working in business and also a human resources atmosphere. He advises that the best way to learn a task is by doing it. He discusses what to do with an employee who exceeds his or her job duties. Schubert talks about how to get ahead working for a non-profit institution. He ends the interview by talking about how to improve performance and changing the vision within an organization.
