Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker interviews Richard A. Schubert in his audio book, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Managing and Developing Yourself.” Drucker begins by introducing Schubert as the President of the American Red Cross. He describes what it’s like working in business and also a human resources atmosphere. He advises that the best way to learn a task is by doing it. He discusses what to do with an employee who exceeds his or her job duties. Schubert talks about how to get ahead working for a non-profit institution. He ends the interview by talking about how to improve performance and changing the vision within an organization.
