Photograph article dated June 22, 1948 reads, "Four generations of the P. L. Pease family, 1016 N. Maclay ave., San Fernando, gathered Sunday to surprise Mrs. Pease on her birthday and 46th wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Pease were married June 25, 1902, in Kansas City. They have been residents of San Fernando for many years. Among those present was Mrs. Stella Stubbs, 545 Hobart ave., Los Angeles, widow of W. Ross Stubbs, former governor of Kansas. Mrs. Stubbs is a cousin of Mrs. Pease. Others attending were Mrs. Robert Stewart, Los Angeles, daughter of Mrs. Stubbs; Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Holtzinger and daughters, Barbara, Bonnie and Bebe, of San Fernando; William Rush, Mrs. Mildred Rush, Jeanette Eckert and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Pease and son, Ronald."
