Photograph article dated December 28, 1960 partially reads, "With advertising and public relations playing an ever more important role in the business world today, it's rare indeed to find an entire degree of anonymity. But for firms engaged in the development and manufacture of ethical drugs, recognition must come through the medical doctors who prescribe their products to alleviate the ills and save the lives of patients. Typical of this highly specialized industry are the facilities of Riker Laboratories, with its sprawling, one-story plant tucked inconspicuously among the walnut groves on Nordhoff street near the northern terminus of Winnetka avenue in Northridge."
