Original print is of inferior quality. Photograph article dated March 25, 1960 partially reads, "Mrs. Stanley Miller, 1920 N. Pass Ave., Burbank, housewife: 'I would pay up to $50 for a good anti-smog device. I think most of the trouble belongs to car owner and truck and bus companies. Every driver with a faulty exhaust pipe should be fined and made to repair it. The city had better do something quick about it.'"
