Description
Photograph caption dated June 14, 1956 reads, "Twins Bill and Bob Payne, 3, and their little sister, Patricia, 2, of North Hollywood, raise flag on front lawn to mark Flag Day, 179th anniversary of adoption of nation's banner. Observances were held throughout Valley by patriotic, civic and veteran's groups. Youngsters' parents are Mr. and Mrs. Scott Payne, 5608 St. Clair St."
