M. Aiken looks into storm wash at Sherman Way and Wilbur Avenue in Reseda. Water is six inches below level of bridge. G18: Radio car on patrol plows thru the intersection of Sherman Way and Winnetka Avenue in Reseda. Reseda area is once again the flood danger spot in the valley".
