Location and date determined by information in: "Tracking the slow decline of the Pacific Electric Railway Red Cars," Los Angeles Times, Jan. 2, 2016, and similar images in collection. The Pacific Electric Railway system of electric streetcars and rail was also known as the Red Car system.
