Description
Recording created in 1964 of Mrs. Meyer Schindler reading the diary of Eugene S. Kilgore, MD, during his time serving in World War I at Base Hospital 30, the primary base for healthcare providers mobilized from the University of California. The diary spans the years 1918-1919. The diary offers a rare and unique look at a California physician serving overseas in the First World War.
