Five persons from a group of 25 protesters laid down in front of the door entrance to the L.A. Federal Building. The guards came out and escorted them back to the sidewalk, warning them not to block the doorway. The group came back, and the guards apprehended them and detained them for nearly an hour. Photograph dated September 14, 1983.
