Description
Charles W. Protzman writes Art saying that he has expressed interest in the new submarine cable projects to Jim Herbert. He informs Art that he has four years to go until compulsory retirement, and that he plans to remain active as long as possible. He lists the reasons why he is interested in the new submarine cable projects in Japan, and his qualifications. Protzman goes on to say that an assignment in Europe would be acceptable as well.
