Title supplied by cataloger. The Lankershim Bridge and Tunnel was built in 1948 as part of the Cahuenga Freeway; it is now known as the Lankershim/101 Freeway Bridge and Tunnel. Automobiles travel northward on the Cahuenga Freeway. A sign (right) to the left of the Lankershim Bridge and Tunnel, indicates that Ventura is northward and that Lankershim Boulevard is accessible via the off-ramp (right). Homes in the hills of Studio City are present in the upper left and a Foster and Kleiser billboard promoting Chrysler automobiles is seen in the center. Photograph dated March 7, 1950.
