Sweeney stands to the left of the headstone and Fr. d'Orgeval stands to the right. Flowers and plants grow on the grave site. The inscription reads "Sacred to the memory of the Revd. Father Damien Deverster died martyr to the charity for [?] afflicted lepers. April 15, 1889."
