Photograph was edited for publication purposes. At the time of the raid, this home at 1514 Schuyler Road was being rented out by its owner, actress Ann Dvorak; she was neither aware of nor involved with the "activities" which took place at her property. Photograph caption dated April 6, 1951 reads, "Kal Rubin hides his face as sultry Barrie Benson, 29, arrested as 'madame' of the house, tries to shield self with expensive fur. Her cocker spaniel dog is named Coffee, which was the password to gain entrance to den of desire." Rubin and Benson were among the 11 people who were busted during a vice raid at this Hollywood Hills home.
