Description
View of an apartment building construction in NoHo Commons. This site is located on the corner of Lankershim and Chandler, in North Hollywood. The Commons, a $200 million project that spans several blocks, is situated directly outside of a Los Angeles Metro Red Line station, and, when complete, will also include more than 700 residential apartments or lofts, and a public high school. Developers J.H. Snyder Co. developed the NoHo Commons; Fairfield Residential constructed the Gallerie Apartments Component; Jon A. Jerde developed the master plan for the Commons and designed the Retail Project; Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh designed the Gallerie Apartments and Lofts; L.A Group designed the landscaping.
