Photograph caption dated July 5, 1965 reads "Deemed by the judges of Saturday's Freedom Season Parade in Woodland Hills as the float best depicting the theme of the parade was this entry submitted by the Independence Bank of Canoga Park. Sporting two soldiers of the Revolution, an eagle, a beautiful girl and a Liberty Bell that actually rang out, by means of a tape recorder and four large speakers, the float was Independence Day all the way."
