A man identified as Theng Lee (wearing clothes in the White HMong style) performs a Qeej (a bamboo wind pipe instrument) dance. Handwritten inscription on the mat board reads, "HMong "WINDPIPE" (QEEJ) / MARCH 1987 / VA CHONG LEE THENG LEE."
