Description: Photograph of an asserted gambling room on Catalina Island, shortly before it was raided. This photograph was introduced in evidence by the prosecution at the trial of Sam Kardenski, John Marshall Hall and William H. Hevren on charges of conspiracy to violate the gambling laws. Trial was held in Los Angeles. Photo dated: July 24, 1929.
