Description: Scope/Content: Verso: Dr. Rinfret with special lyophilizer which freezes and preserves biological materials for study. The lyophilizer was developed by University medical scientists in the Metabolic Unit of the School of Medicine, San Francisco, for investigations of the various hormones that help control body chemistry.
