In 1970, Deauville was renamed Braemar Country Club. Photograph caption dated September 12, 1960 reads, "Hillside playland - Unusual aerial view into hills south of Ventura boulevard shows both existing El Caballero Country Club, foreground, and area being transformed into community's new Deauville Country Club which eventually will provide golfers with 54 holes in scenic setting."; See images #00112098 through #00112102 for all photos in this series.
