Sandy Caprio, 10, front, is the first student to have her bike inspected by Elmer Greening, Optimists safety chairman for mechanical defects. Looking on are Mrs. Albert Amerian, PTA safety chairman, and Robert Mink, North Hollywood assistant postmaster.
