Description
Article reports the initial plans to construct the Los Angeles Aqueduct. A description of the landscape of the Owens Valley aqueduct site and the role of both Frederick Eaton and William Mulholland in the creation of the aqueduct is included. Photographs of both the men and the Owens Valley landscape are provided. Article published in June 1907.
